An in-depth analysis of the MLS, comparables, and surrounding rents within half a mile and within the past 6 months.

Loan Pre-Approval

Access our preferred professionals to figure out how much you can afford. Present a stronger offer to sellers with a letter of pre-approval.
Step 5:

Searching for a Home

We’ll give you access to a web portal with your home search parameters, speak with other agents and find homes before they hit the market.
Step 6:

Viewing Homes

We can do an area tour to discuss potential neighbourhoods to determine your desired location, followed by private showings of potential homes.
Step 7:

Writing and Negotiating Offers

We’ll look at comparables and make recommendations based on a variety of factors, and negotiate to get you into your dream home.
Step 8:

Managing the Transaction

We’ll guide your through the transaction including disclosures, due diligence, remaining contingencies and finally, closing.
